摘要
以LZDJ5000型缆载吊机在武汉鹦鹉洲长江大桥的应用为研究对象,从吊机的结构、液压系统、控制系统等方面论述缆载吊机在施工应用中应注意的关键事项,通过介绍缆载吊机的基本性能及日常管理与维护的方法,为缆载吊机的现场施工提供一定的理论依据与技术支持。
Based on the application of LZDJ5000 deck erection gantry in Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge,key matters that should be paid attention to during the construction process were discussed in aspects of the structure of the gantry,hydraulic system and control system.The fundamental characteristics and methods for daily management and maintenance of deck erection gantry were introduced,which provides theoretical basis and technical support for on-site operation of the gantry.
