摘要
我国少数民族地区农村因为特殊的环境而对公共服务有着流动性的需求。为此,少数民族地区政府需要创新农村社会保障的公共服务理念,在农村的社会福利、社会保险以及社会救助等公共服务上进行流动性建设,从而更好地为少数民族地区农村服务。
In rural areas of China＇s ethnic minorities because of the special circumstances and on public services have liquidity needs. To this end,the government needs to ethnic minority areas of innovation in rural areas,the concept of public service, carried out the construction of liquidity in the public services in rural areas of social welfare, social insurance and social assistance,so as to better serve the rural areas for minorities.
