摘要
建立了测定电子烟烟液中的氨含量离子色谱法。样品经10mol·L-1盐酸溶液萃取10min后,采用Dionex IonPacCS16A阳离子交换柱分离,以MSA为淋洗液进梯度洗脱,用电化学检测器检测。氨的质量浓度在0.05~1.0mg·L-1范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.035μg·g-1,测定下限(10S/N)为0.12μg·g-1。方法用于12种市售品牌电子烟烟液中氨的测定,加标回收率在93.2%~106%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)小于4%。
An IC method was developed for the determination of ammonia in electronic tobacco liquid. The sample was extracted in 1 0 mol· L- 1hydrochloric acid solution for 1 0 min and then separated on a Dionex Ion Pac CS1 6 A cation exchange column with MSA as the eluent for gradient elution. Electrochemical detector was used for detection. The linear relationship was found between the peak area and the mass concentration of ammonia was in the range of 0. 0 5- 1. 0 mg · L- 1,with detection limit( 3S /N) of 0. 035 μg · g- 1and the lower limit of determination( 1 0 S / N) of 0. 1 2 μg · g- 1. The method was used to analyze 1 2 brands of electronic tobacco liquid,giving recovery rates measured by standard addition method in the range of 9 3. 2 %- 1 0 6 % with RSD( n= 5) less than 4 %.
