摘要
O2O模式是基于互联网的有效线上线下模式,这种虚拟世界与现实世界相互打通的全新模式已经得到社会广泛人士的支持与认同。本文主要是围绕顺丰"嘿客"便利店的O2O商业模式进行研究,分析其创新的O2O业务、市场环境与供应链模型,并对嘿客的自身管理模式和商业模式提出了一些建议。
O2O is an internet-based, effective on-line and off-line mode. This new pattern which connects virtual and real-world has gained the confirmation and support from public. This article discusses the business model of O2 O pattern of SF-express Hey guest. Firstly, it introduces the Hey guest's innovative O2 O business. Secondly, it analyzes the market environment. Thirdly, it describes the model of supply chain of Hey guest. Finally, it puts forwards some suggestions for development.
