摘要
目的探讨精索静脉曲张(VC)对大鼠睾丸支持细胞分泌功能的影响。方法选择SD雄性大鼠40只,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组20只。实验组建立VC模型,对照组不缩窄精索静脉。造模后12周,检测两组睾丸组织内雄激素结合蛋白、抑制素B和睾酮浓度。结果两组睾丸组织雄激素结合蛋白表达情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组抑制素B及睾酮水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 VC可使睾丸支持细胞抑制素B和睾酮分泌减少,影响精子发育、成熟,导致男性不育。
Objective To study the effect of varicocele（VC） on secretary function of the sertoli cells in rats.Methods A total of 40 Sprague-Dawley male rats were randomly divided into experiment group（ n = 20） and control group（ n = 20）. The experiment group established VC models,while the control group did not receive spermatic vein coarctation. The levels of androgen binding protein,inhibin B and testosterone concentration in testicular tissues were detected in the two groups 12 weeks after the model establishment. Results The difference in androgen binding protein expression was not statistically significant in the two groups（ P〉0. 05）; the levels of inhibin B and testosterone concentration in experiment group were more reduced than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion VC can reduce secretion levels of inhibin B and testosterone concentration of testicular support cells,and then interfere with mature and development of the spermatozoa,which may induce male sterility.
