摘要 丰满水电站多台水轮发电机组尾水管钢衬在使用中先后破损脱落,为保证发电机安全稳定运行,需对尾水管钢衬进行更换.新安装的钢衬与周围混凝土之间形成厚度为20~30 cm不等的薄壁封闭空腔,且空腔内钢筋网密集,若回填普通常态混凝土,空间上不能满足浇筑和振捣的要求.经工程实践,采用免振捣的高强无收缩灌浆料进行回填灌浆,较好地解决了此问题,并达到了理想的工程效果. Several sets of turbines of tail steel lining fall off during operation at Fengman hydropower plant. In order to ensure the generator safety and stable operation, the lining needs to be replaced. Enclosed cavity ranging from 20 cm to 30 cm thickness would appear between the newly steel lining and surrounding concrete with density of steel mesh. If it backfilled with ordinary cement, it would be hard to pouring and vibrating because of narrow space. The non-vibration and high-strength non-shrinkage grout material for backfill grouting can solves the mentioned problems and achieve the ideal effect of engineering.
