摘要
当前我国正处于新型城镇化这一社会结构变动时期,在快速城市化与全面推进农民聚居的背景下,非正式的社会规范与价值观念影响着新型社区的社会秩序。作为社会秩序中的一环,治安秩序会伴随着社会秩序的变动引发治安失序。构建新的治安秩序对于新型城镇化进程具有重要意义。治安实体是治安秩序的载体,治安秩序的改善取决于治安实体的理性自觉及其有效变化。由此,从治安实体角度探索治安秩序的重建具有一定的理论意义与现实意义。
In the current, China is in a new urbanization which is in a period of social structure changes. In the background of rapid urbanization and comprehensively promoting the settlement of farmers, the informal social norms and values has an influence on the new social order in the community. As one part of the social order, public security order along with the changes of the social order becomes disordered. Building a new peace order is of great significance for the new urbanization process. Public security entity is the carrier of public order, and the improvement of public security order depends on the security entity of self-consciousness and its effective change. Thus, from the perspective of public security entities, exploring the reconstruction of the public order has certain theoretical significance and practical significance.
