摘要
目的:SYMEX-2000全自动血细胞分析仪血小板报警信息对假性血小板减少提示作用的探讨。方法:对378例患者血小板<50×109/L进行血液分析上报警信息、直方图的观察,及涂片显微镜计数,对结果进行比较和统计学分析。结果:血小板直方图明显异常和有报警信息时,对血小板假性减少起着提示作用。结论:在分析假性血小板减少时要综合分析血液分析仪上报警提示信息及直方图,必要时进行涂片和显微镜计数。
Objective：to discuss the indication of PTCP of platelet alarm information in SYMEX-2000 automatic blood cell analyzer. Methods：for 378 patients whose platelet is less than 50× 109/L, prompt message, column diagram and smear microscope are observed, and results are compared and analyzed statistically. Results：when evident abnormal column diagram and alarm are detected, there is indication of PTCP. Conclusion：alarm information in blood cell analyzer, column diagram , smear and microscopic counting should be analyzed comprehensively in the analysis of PTCP.
