摘要
高校思政教育日益向纵深化和精细化发展。这意味着思政教育要具有未来性与层次性,要树立系统观和实效观,以充分使用可资利用的资源,发挥思政教育的应有作用。协同理论强调系统的协同效应、非线性相互作用及自组织性,它不仅重视对系统的宏观把握,也重视对系统的微观分析及其内在的协同机制。用协同理论的思想审视当下的思政教育,对于检讨和修正实践中思政教育的不足,具有重要的现实借鉴意义。
It is developing in depth and refinement the ideological and political education of higher learning institutions. It＇s mean that ideological and political education is to have the nature of levels and futures, to establish the systematic and the effectiveness of concept, to make full use of available resources, to play its due role of ideological and political education. The basis of synergetics emphasize the synergism, the slaving principle and self-organizing theory of system. It is not only emphasis on the development of macroscopic systems, but also emphasis on micro-analysis system and its inherent synergical mechanisms. We need review the ideological and political education from the perspective of the basis of synergetics. It has important practical enlightenment for the insufficient of review and amendment of ideological and political education.
