摘要
目的评价高频彩色多普勒超声联合多排螺旋CT对甲状腺癌诊断的应用价值。方法总结锦州市中心医院2010年5月至2013年6月58例甲状腺癌患者术前的高频彩色多普勒超声和多排螺旋CT的影像学表现,将两者联合检查及单项检查结果与病理诊断进行对比分析。结果高频彩色多普勒超声和多排螺旋CT的甲状腺癌诊断符合率分别为81.0%和79.3%,两者联合检查诊断符合率为91.4%,高于单项检查(P<0.05)。结论高频彩色多普勒超声联合多排螺旋CT可提高对甲状腺癌的诊断准确性,对临床治疗有重要指导意义。
Objective To evaluate the application value of the high frequency color Doppler ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma. Methods The imaging findings of 58 cases of thyroid cancer in Jinzhou Central Hospital from May 2010 to Jun. 2013 were summarized before operation which were diagnosed by high frequency color Doppler ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT,then the results and pathological diagnosis were contrasted of the two joint examinations and single examination. Results The diagnostic rates of thyroid carcinoma were 81. 0% and 79. 3% respectively with the high frequency color Doppler ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT,while the diagnostic rate was up to 91. 4% with the combined examination,which was higher than that of the single examination（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasound combined with multi-slice spiral CT can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of thyroid cancer,which has important guiding significance for the clinical treatment.
