摘要
前列腺癌是男性泌尿生殖系统中最常见的肿瘤之一,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势。因其起病隐匿,大部分患者很难早期发现治疗,早期诊断对于其治疗及预后具有重要意义,因而寻找早期特异性的前列腺癌诊断方法十分重要。早期诊断对于其治疗及预后具有重要意义。理想的早期诊断前列腺癌的方法应该具有客观的,非侵入性的,高敏感性和特异性,操作简单,费用低廉等特点。前列腺液通过尿道排出,因此尿液有望成为筛查前列腺癌的理想材料。
Prostate cancer is one of the most common tumors of male genitourinary system and the incidence of it is on a rising trend. As its onset is concealed,it is difficult to realize early detection and treatment in most of the patients,while early diagnosis has great significance for the treatment and prognosis,therefore it is very important to look for the specific diagnosis of prostate cancer. The ideal method of early diagnosis of prostate cancer should be objective,non-invasive,with high sensitivity and specificity,simple operation and low cost. Prostate fluid is discharged through the urethra,so the urine is expected to become an ideal material of screening for prostate cancer.
