摘要 引水式小水电建设会导致坝下游河流产生脱减水段甚至断流,对河流生态环境影响较大。以某小型引水式水电项目为例,结合此类项目工程特点及环境现状,对在环评工作中确定合理生态需水量进行了分析,提出了相应的生态基流泄放永久保障措施。 The small diversion type hydropower station construction will cause the downstream river reducing and even turned off, greatly impacts on river ecological environment. This paper takes a small diversion type hydropower station project as an example, combined with the engineering charac- teristics and environment status, determine a reasonable ecological water demand were analyzed in EIA work, put forward the permanent security measures of corresponding ecological flow.
