摘要
考虑到铁矿石价格波动对铁矿石需求及库存的影响,建立库存优化模型,并使用LINGO软件求解,确定在决策期内的最优采购次数和每一次的采购量,使单位库存成本最低。通过某钢铁企业实例证明该模型在保证生产需要的同时,也降低了日平均库存量,大大降低了库存成本,为钢铁企业库存管理提供决策依据。
In this paper, after considering the influence of the price fluctuation of the iron ore on the demand and inventory of its demand, we built the optimal inventory model, then solved it using the LINGO software, determined the optimal buying times and single buying volume in the decision-making period to minimize the unit inventory cost, and then through an empirical study on a certain steel enterprise, proved the effectiveness of the model in reducing the daily average inventory volume and inventory cost of the enterprise.
