Progress in the treatment of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer

摘要 肝脏是结直肠癌最常见的远处转移部位,近年来以化疗和手术为主的多学科综合治疗显著改善患者的生活质量和预后。本文就结直肠癌肝转移的治疗进展综述如下。 Liver is the most common site of metastasis from colorectal cancer.The prognosis of resectable colorectal liver metastases （CRLM） was improved in the recent years with the consideration of chemotherapy and surgical resection as part of the multidisciplinary management of the disease.This review would provide additional insight into the treatment progress of colorectal liver metastases.
