摘要
采用铜模吸铸法制备了一系列不含Ni和Cu的(Zr56Co28Al16)100-xYx(x=0,1,2,4)大块非晶合金(BMGs),对ZrCo-Al-(Y)系BMGs的结构、力学性能、耐蚀性能作了研究。结果表明,随Y含量增加,过冷液相区宽度(△Tx)从x=0的50.0K增加到x=2的59.2K;室温压缩断裂强度(σf)和塑性变形量(εp)分别从x=0的1 785 MPa、0,增加到x=2的1 965 MPa、4.1%。(Zr56Co28Al16)98Y2非晶合金在磷酸盐缓冲液中表现出良好的耐蚀性能,且具有76GPa的低杨氏模量。
A series of (Zr56Co28Al16)100-xYx(x= 0,1,2,4)bulk metallic glasses(BMGs)with Ni-free and Cu-free were prepared successfully using water-cooling copper mold method.Effects of yttrium addition on thermal stability,strucrure and mechanical properties of the bulk glassy Zr-Co-Al-(Y)alloys were in-vestigated.The results indicate that the addition of Y can improve significantly the thermal stability and mechanical properties.The supercooled liquid region can be increased from 50 K(x= 0)to 59.2 K(x=2 ).Both of compressive fracture strength (σf )and plasticity strain (εp )are enhanced considerably from 1 785 MPa,0 % (x= 0)to 1 965 MPa,4.1% (x= 2).(Zr56Co28Al16)98Y2 amorphou alloy exhibits satis-fied corrosion resistamce in phosphate solution with Youngs modulus of 76 GPa.
