摘要
土地测量是对土地进行管理的基础工作,其中包含很多细致的测量作业环节,例如,地籍测绘、土地出让转让、土地使用违规情况调查等。从目的上看,土地测量主要就是为了进一步核实确定土地的相关权利归属问题。在实际测量作业过程中,需要对土地进行设置界桩,该过程对测量的精确度要求非常高,并且需要设置的界桩数量较多。因此,需要更加准确、先进的测量工具。基于此,本文主要对GPS实时动态技术的原理构成进行分析,探讨GPS实时动态技术在土地测量中的运用,以便促使GPS实时动态技术在土地测量中发挥出更大的作用。
Land survey is the basic work of land management, which contains a lot of detailed survey work, such as cadastral surveying and mapping, land transfer, illegal land use investigation, etc. The purpose of land survey is to further confirm the related rights of land ownership. In the process of actual measurement work, it is necessary to set the boundary markers of land, which has very high requirement for measurement accuracy, and there is a large number of boundary markers need to set up. Therefore, more accurate and advanced measuring tools are required. Based on this, this paper analyzes the principle of GPS real-time dynamic technology, discusses the application of GPS real-time dynamic technology in land survey, in order to make GPS real-time dynamic technology play a bigger role in land survey.
