摘要通过对3G手机视频客户端上网免流量的原理分析,结合中国联通"WO+视频"流量产品,给出3G手机视频客户端上网免流量系统的设计和实现。 Through the 3G mobile video client Internet the principle of free network traffic analysis,Combined with China U-nicom“WO＋video”network traffic product, The 3G mobile video client Internet free network traffic system design im-plemen-tation is given.
