摘要
视频流经过网络传输,在接收端解码,重建视频图像。由于网络状况的不同,重建视频会出现不同程度的失真。文章利用Evalvid工具,综合NS2仿真工具,整合得到my Evalvid新工具组,建立仿真和评估多媒体图像传输的平台,研究多媒体信息在网络中传输的影响因素以及各个因素之间的相关性,并建立评价模型。仿真结果表明,由于GOP pattern、压缩量化参数、封包长度和封包错误率等参数设置的不同,在接收端重建图像与原始图像相比,会出现不同程度的失真。
video streams are transmitted across the network, and then they are downloaded and renewed, getting the new frames, which form the reconstructed video stream. With the utilization of Evalvid tool and integrated NS2 simulation tool, we can integrate to get a new tool called myEvalvid. The author creates the platform to simulate and evaluate the transmission of multimedia image in the network. And the dissertation can probe various factors that affect the quality of video transmission and the correlation between the various factors. Evaluation model could be then established on the basis of these experimental findings. The results reveals that with the change of GOP pattern, Quantization Value, Packet Size and Packet Error Rate, there is a certain distortion between the original video source and the reconstructed video information.
