摘要
分析了面向工程应用的三坐标测量仿真系统的特点;基于虚拟显示技术开发了仿真坐标测量机,可以避免误操作对昂贵设备的损害,也能够用于工程应用实践,节省了大量的资金。重点介绍了仿真测量机系统的技术难点,实现了一套真实感强、运动仿真效果优、易于实现与测量软件动态交互的仿真测量机系统。自主开发的测量机仿真系统已在企业实践和工程教学培训中成功应用。
The characteristics of the virtual simulation coordinate measuring machine( CMM) system for engineering application are analyzed. By using virtual display technology,a simulation CMM was developed to avoid the damage of expensive equipment caused by maloperation and to reduce vast cost,which was also be able to apply to engineering practice. Technical difficulties of the simulation CMM system were introduced mainly,in which reality impression,excellent kinematics simulation effect were realized,with easy implementation,and interaction with coordinate measurement software of the CMM. The simulation CMM system is already applied successfully in practices in enterprises and training,teaching in engineering.
