摘要
介绍电子式剩余电流断路器负载通电老化试验法的作用和缺陷,并对产品负载老化的原理进行分析,找到了产品早期失效的原因,提出了一种节能降耗的电热老化方案。设计了节能型电热老化装置,其在产品制造过程中预先对关键部件——电子控制组件板单独进行电热老化试验。与传统方案相比,不需要占用大量的试验场地,也不用拖动大电流负载,有效降低了功耗,提高了产品的可靠性。
This paper introduced the function and limitation of the load power ageing test for electronic residual current circuit breaker. By analyzing the product' s load ageing theory, this paper found the product' s early failure reasons, provided an electrothermal aging solution of energy-saving and cost-reducing. In this solution, an energy- saving electrothermal aging device is designed, which is used for aging of the key component electronic control component board alone in the process of product manufacturing in advance. Compared with traditional solution, it need neither take up large test site, nor drive high current loads. As a result, it can reduce the power consumption and raises the product reliability effectively.
