摘要
目的 探讨康复治疗对脑卒中患者植物神经功能恢复的临床效果.方法 以本院确诊为脑卒中患者共50例为目标人群,分别检测患者治疗前、治疗4周、疗程后1个月、疗程后6个月的肢体运动功能、CSI、BI、PRO水平,并进行比较.结果 脑卒中患者上肢、手部、下肢运动功能在治疗4周、疗程后1个月、疗程后6个月与治疗前相比,有明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.脑卒中患者CSI、PRO在治疗4周、疗程后1个月、疗程后6个月与治疗前相比,有明显降低;BI治疗4周、疗程后1个月、疗程后6个月与治疗前相比,有明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 康复治疗对脑卒中患者植物神经功能恢复的临床效果显著.
Objective To study the clinical effect of rehabilitation therapy in vegetative nerve function of stroke patients.Methods A total of 50 patients diagnosed with stroke in our hospital were selected as target population.Detected and compared patients＇ limb movement function,levels of CSI,BI and PRO before treatment,after 4 weeks＇ treatment,1,6 months after treatment course.Results Compared with before treatment,movement function scores of upper limbs,hands,lower limbs of stroke patients obviously increased after 4 weeks＇ treatment,1,6 months after treatment course,with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）.Compared with before treatment,the levels of CSI and PRO of stroke patients obviously decreased after 4 weeks＇ treatment,1,6 months after treatment course,the level of BI obviously increased,with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical effect of rehabilitation therapy is remarkable in the recovery of vegetative nerve function of stroke patients.
