摘要
目的分析脑梗患者接受全方位护理的效果。方法对我院接收的200例脑梗死患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分组为对照组和研究组,均100例,对照组使用常规护理,研究组使用全方位护理,两组出院后均进行了半年随访指导,比较患者的抑郁情况和结局。结果研究组有100例接受了随访,对照组有86例接受了随访,出院半年后抑郁情况为研究组优于对照组,研究组无死亡病例,对照组有6例死亡病例,23例脑出血病例。结论脑梗患者接受全方位护理可以降低其抑郁症状,改善不良结局,对患者的生活质量提升具有较大帮助。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing for cerebral infarction patients. Methods 200 cases of cerebral infarction patients in our hospital were grouped into control group and study group,each had 100 cases,control group used routine nursing care,study group used comprehensive care,giving follow-up guidance for half a year,the depression and the outcome weres compared and analyzed. Results In the study group,100 cases were followed up,and in the control group,86 cases were followed up. Six months after discharged,the depression in study group was better than the control group,the study group had no death cases,control group had 6 death cases,23 cases of cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion Cerebral infarction patients received comprehensive nursing can reduce the symptoms of depression and improve the adverse outcomes and quality of life.
