乳腺良性肿瘤行传统手术和微创旋切术治疗的效果对比 被引量:15

摘要 目的研究分析乳腺良性肿瘤使用传统手术以及微创旋切术的临床治疗的效果。方法对2012∽2013年我院的120例乳腺良性肿瘤患者进行了研究分析,随机把这些患者分组成对照组和治疗组,对照组使用传统的手术治疗,治疗组使用微创旋切手术治疗,比较分析对照组和治疗组的临床治疗情况。结果治疗组患者的手术时间、出血量、愈合时间、并发症情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05;两组患者的瘢痕情况为治疗组优于对照组,P〈0.05;两组的满意度为治疗组较高,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论乳腺良性肿瘤患者接受微创旋切术的效果比传统手术好,术后能够快速恢复,并发症比较少,创伤小,满足了女性对外观的要求。 Objective To study the clinical results of benign breast tumor using conventional surgery and minimally invasive biopsy surgery. Methods 120 cases of benign breast tumor patients from 2012 to 2013 in our hospital were studied and analyzed,randomized divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was using traditional surgery,the treatment group was using minimally invasive biopsy surgery,comparative analysed clinical treatment in the control group and the treatment group. Results In treatment group,the surgical time,blood loss,healing time,and the development of some excellent contrast were better than the control group,the clinical results were statistically difference,P〈0.05,the scar in the treatment group was better than the control group,P〈0.05,satisfaction in the treatment group was better than the control group,there was significant difference,P〈0.05. Conclusion Benign breast tumor patients undergoing minimally invasive biopsy technique have better results than traditional surgery,it has quick postoperative recover and relatively few complications and trauma,and can meet the requirements of the appearance of women.
