摘要
通过对影响建设工程施工评标因素在工程量清单计价模式下分析,采用优劣系数法确定评标方向,用层次分析法确定评价目标的权重,以序列分析法为基础建立了复合标底中投标报价的决策模型。
Through an analysis of the factors affecting bidding evaluation for construction projects based on the valuation mode of project amount list, the paper, on the basis of sequence analysis methods,establishes a decision model for tender offer for compound reservation price by confirming the direction for bidding with the use of strength and weakness analysis method, and determining the weight of evaluation objectives by analytic hierarchy process.
