摘要
钢的相变温度是制定轧钢和热处理工艺的重要依据。本文采用大生产的Q345R、S355J-2作为研究对象,分析质量、表面积、升温速率、加热次数等因素对实验结果准确性的影响。采用热膨胀方法作为校准方法,获得最佳实验条件,从而规范DSC测量钢相变温度的方法。
The phase transformation temperature is important for formulating rolling technology and heat treatment process Phase transformation point of steel is measured by DSC method. Taking Q345 R and S355J- 2 in mass production as an object of study,analyzing the quality,surface area,heating rate and heating times have impact on the accuracy of experiment results. And the thermal expansion method was used as a calibration method to obtain the optional experimental conditions so as to standardize the DSC measurement method of phase transformation temperature of steel.
