摘要
文章主要介绍了自制空气间隔器在露天矿深孔爆破中的应用,通过对空气间隔装药理论分析,自制空气间隔器,结合矿山的地质构造设计装药参数。爆破后的经济和技术效果表明:采用空气间隔装药技术,爆破后岩石的大块率满足要求,炸药单耗降低,节约了爆破成本,同时降低了爆破振动的强度,有效控制爆破的危害效应。
The application of homemade simple air spacer to deep hole blasting in strip mine was introduced in the paper. Through analyzing the air interval charging theory, homemade air spacer, and combination of mine geological structure designing charge parameters. After blasting the economic and technical effect show that, used the air interval charging technology, the rate of blasting chunk of rock after meet the requirements, unit charge is reduced, the blasting cost saved, and reduce the blasting vibration intensity, effectively control the harm of blasting effect.
