摘要
综述了近年来国内外丙三醇脱水氧化连续反应制备丙烯酸的研究进展。目前研究较多的是在气固相条件下制备丙烯酸,也有液相条件下的相关研究。现阶段研究较多的催化剂是V、W、Mo、Nb等的混合氧化物双功能催化剂,这些催化剂的制备方法、载体及使用条件等都影响丙三醇的转化率和丙烯酸的收率。目前研究提出的丙三醇脱水氧化连续反应的生成丙烯酸可能的反应途径是:丙三醇脱水生成丙烯醛,再经氧化制备丙烯酸。
The recent progress in the sequential dehydration-oxidation of glycerol to acrylic acid is reviewed. Sequential gas-phase dehydration-oxidation of glycerol is the major process present mainly studied.Sequential liquid-phase dehydration-oxidation of glycerol is also studied. Catalysts tested so far are typically the mixed oxides of V, W, Mo and Nb. The conversion of glycerol and the selectivity to acrylic acid are affected by the support type, preparation and reaction conditions. The reaction paths are proposed to be two consecutive steps of acid-catalyzed glycerol dehydration into acrolein and aldehyde oxidation into acrylic acid.
