摘要 从基本传热角度对热电制冷进行了理论分析。在不同外界环境和不同热端温度下,运用ANSYS模拟了四级热电制冷器的制冷温度。最后搭建实验台进行了实验研究。模拟与实验结果表明,热电制冷器受外界环境影响较大,在其应用过程中,应注意热电制冷器的绝热。热电制冷器制冷温差随热端温度升高而增大,因此保证热电制冷器的良好的热端散热是保持其优良性能的必要条件。 Theoretical analysis of thermoelectric refrigeration was done from the heat transfer view in this paper. The cooling temperatures of four- stage thermoelectric cooler were obtained in different conditions and different hot end temperature by ANSYS simulation software. A test bench was conducted to verify the simulation. The results showed that the refrigeration temperature was influenced by the external environment. The insulation of thermoelectric cooler must be carefully noticed. The cooling temperature difference would increase with the hot end temperature increasing so good heat dissipation of the hot end must be maintained to ensure the cooler can work well.
