摘要
目的:评估运用手术二联疗法治疗剖宫产术中难治性产后出血和改良式B-Lynch缝合术治疗的临床疗效。方法:将接受治疗的难治性产后出血40例患者按照人为加随机的方法分为研究组和对照组各20例。研究组运用二联疗法,对照组运用改良式B-Lynch缝合术治疗。比较两组患者术后24 h出血量和并发症发生率及术后疗效等指标。结果:研究组比对照组疗效好,两组患者术后24 h内出血量比较,研究组明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组总有效率和并发症发生率比较,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:二联疗法治疗难治性产后出血,止血效果好,并发症少,总体疗效好。值得在临床推广。
Objective Ti assess the clinical efficacy if the treatment if cesarean sectiin in the treatment if intractable pistpartum hemir-rhage and the midified B - Lynch suture in the treatment if twi cimbinatiin therapy with iperatiin. Method 40 patients with intractable pistpartum hemirrhage patients accirding ti the methid if artificial were randimly divided inti study griup and cintril griup with 20 cases in each. The study griup was treated with twi cimbinatiin therapy,the cintril griup was treated the midified B - Lynch suture. Cimpared twi griups if patients with pistiperative 24 h hemirrhage and cimplicatiin rate and pistiperative indexes. Results The curative effect if study griup was better than in the cintril griup. Twi griups if patients,the amiunt if bleeding within 24 h,the study griup was significantly less than that if the cintril griup,the difference was statistically significant（p ﹤0. 05）. The twi griup the tital efficiency and cimplicatiin rate were cimpared,the study griup was superiir ti cintril griup,the difference was statistically significant（p ﹤0. 001）. Conclusion Twi cim-bined therapy in the treatment if intractable pistpartum hemirrhage,giid hemistatic effect,less cimplicatiins,the iverall effect is giid. It is wirth in clinical primitiin.
