上盘破碎矿体盘区上向分层充填采矿法回采超前高度优化研究 被引量:10

Optimized Research on Advanced Height of Ore-body with Broken Hanging Wall under Upward Slicing Stoping with Backfilling

摘要 玲南金矿矿体上下盘均不稳固,上盘较下盘更破碎,下部中段拟采用盘区交错式上向水平分层充填采矿法回采,回采超前高度作为该采矿法的主要参数之一,对保障矿山安全及实现较大的盘区生产能力至关重要。通过建立三种不同超前高度的数值计算模型,得到了不同的数值模拟计算结果,结果表明,综合考虑采场生产安全及盘区生产能力,回采超前高度为1个分段即10m为最优超前高度。 The hanging and foot wall of the ore body in Lingnan Gold Mine were both not stable,with a more fractured hanging wall.Upward horizontal slicing stoping with backfilling was staggeredly adopted in the middle of the lower panel.As one of the main parameters in this method,the advanced stoping height was essential to ensure mine safety and realize a larger production capacity.Various results were obtained by the establishment of three different highly advanced numerical models.The results showed that comprehensively considering safety and capacity of production,the optimal advanced height was 10 m,equivalent to a sublevel height.
