摘要
鉴于动力因素的取值对发动机的功率有影响,对传动系统的速比也有影响,故根据发动机的实际行驶工况(叉车平路满载行驶)选择不同的高挡动力因数来计算获得发动机功率。重点分析了叉车选用发动机功率与传动方案及速比之间的相互影响。通过理论计算数据结果分析得出发动机功率的大小与传动方案的关系、传动系统的总速比与发动机功率的关系以及传动系统总速比与传动形式的关系,表明要正确了解发动机功率对传动系统设计的影响,合理地选择发动机与传动方案,以便充分发挥发动机功率,考虑叉车的传动性能的同时,也要考虑其经济性。
As the value of dynamic factors influences the engine power and the speed ratio of the transmission system,different highshift dynamic factors are selected based on the actual running conditions of the engine( the fully loaded forklift running on smooth roads) to calculate the engine power. The paper mainly analyzes the interaction between the engine power,the transmission scheme,and the speed ratio. By analyzing the theoretic calculation result,the paper gets the relation between the engine power and the transmission scheme,between the total speed ratio of the transmission system and the engine power,and between the total speed ratio of the transmission system and the transmission form. The paper concludes that it's necessary to correctly understand the effect of the engine power on the design of the transmission system and reasonably select the engine and the transmission scheme to fully use the engine power,with consideration of transmission performance and economic-efficiency of the forklift.
