摘要
本文提出一种电机联轴器对中找正方法,包括两个百分表检验单台电机的中心偏差,四个百分表检验联轴器的对中找正,推导出轴中心线径向和轴向偏差计算公式,并整理成测量记录表格。
This paper introduces one of the methods to center and align motor coupling, including examining the axial deviation of only one motor with two dial gauges, and centering and aligning motor coupling with four dial gauges, thus derives the calculation formula of the axial and radial deviation, what it＇s more, induces measuring record forms
