摘要
总结出了利用车床进行深孔镗削时,机床结构设计的各个要点,通过利用传统加工方法和前期试验进行分析论证,提出了一种长套管类工件深孔镗削的解决方案,也是一次大胆尝试,该方案既能满足车削的要求,又能弥补传统镗削的不足。
This paper summarizes the use of deep hole boring lathe, the various points of structure design of the machine tool, analyzes by using the traditional processing method and the test, the paper puts forward a solution of long sleeve parts deep hole boring, also is a bold attempt, the scheme can satisfy the require- ment of turning, and make up shortcomings of traditional boring.
