摘要
目的探讨信息支持对消化道溃疡患者生活质量的影响。方法 2010年1月-2013年1月,便利抽样法选取茅箭医院收治的消化道溃疡患者160例为研究对象,按照入院时间的先后将其分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。两组患者均给予常规药物治疗与护理,对照组患者进行常规的健康宣教,并发放该院自制的《消化道溃疡健康指导手册》;而观察组患者在此基础上给予信息支持。干预前及干预3个月后,采用状态焦虑量表(status anxiety investigation,SAI)、自制的生活质量调查表及数字疼痛量表对两组患者进行调查。结果干预前,两组患者SAI评分、生活质量得分的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。干预3个月后,两组患者的各项评分均有所降低,与干预前相比,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且两组间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息支持应用于消化道溃疡患者的干预能有效缓解疼痛与焦虑状况,从而提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of message support on the quality of life of patients with peptic ulcer.Methods By convenience sampling, 160 patients were selected and equally divided into con- trol group and observation group according to the admission time. Both groups received conventional medical treatment and care, on this basis, the control group received routine health education with the hospital self-made peptic ulcer health guidance manual＇ , while the observation group received message support.Two groups of patients were investigated by using the status anxiety investigation, self-made quality of life scale and numeric pain rating scale 3 months before and after the intervention. Results Before intervention, the SAI score, daily quality score had no statistical differences between two groups （all P〉0.05 ）. The anxiety scores, everyday life and social activities scores after intervention were all re- duced compared with before interventions （all P〈0.05） and the contrast between the two groups also had statistically significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of message support can effectively relieve pain and anxiety, thereby improve the quality of life outcomes that should be widely applied.
