摘要
为了不断提升士官政治工作课程实战化教学水平,以某士官学校教员、学员队干部、学员为对象,就实战化教学理念、教学准备、教学演训和教学环境进行了问卷调查.通过分析士官政治工作课程实战化教学存在的问题,从改革实战化教学内容、创新实战化教学方法、构建实战化教学环境和加强实战化教学队伍建设四个方面提出了相应的措施.
In order to improve the combat-oriented teaching level of the NCO＇s political work course, we make a questionnaire survey on the combat-oriented teaching idea, teaching preparation, teaching drill and training, and teaching environment through choosing the teachers, company leaders and cadets as our object in a certain NCO school. By analyzing the problems existing in the combat-oriented teaching of NCO＇s political work course, this article proposes the corresponding measures in terms of these four aspects, such as reforming the combat-oriented teaching contents, innovating the combat-oriented teaching methods, constructing the combatoriented teaching environment and strengthening the combat-oriented teaching team＇s construction.
