摘要
国际救援是在世界灾难频发,同时各国之间经济文化往来日益频繁的大背景下发生的。跨文化交际能力是顺利、高效完成国际救援任务的必备能力。主要探讨了跨文化交际能力对于国际救援人员培训的必要性,同时为国际救援人员跨文化交际能力培养提供一套实用、可供借鉴的方案。
The international rescue happens at the background of frequent disaster occurrence in the world, and also of increasingly frequent economic and cultural exchanges between countries. The ability of intercultural communication is essential for the smooth and efficient accomplishment of international rescue mission. This paper mainly discusses the necessity for the training of international rescue staff on intercultural communicative competence, and provide a practical plan which can be also used for reference for the training program of intercultural communicative competence.
