摘要
研究了焦化脱硫废液的冷冻浓缩处理,考查了冷冻温度、冷冻时间以及完全结冰再部分融化对浓缩效果的影响。结果表明,脱硫废液在-13^-16℃冷冻4h,浓缩液体积约占1/3,含盐量约为500 g/L,浓缩倍数约为2倍,达到较为理想的冷冻浓缩效果。延长冷冻时间可使脱硫废液完全结冰,冰块再部分融化可获得较高浓度的浓缩液和较低浓度的稀释液,便于控制浓缩液和稀释液的体积。通过冷冻浓缩脱硫废液获得浓缩液,再蒸干水分可减少能耗60%左右。
This paper studied the freeze concentration treatment on coking desulfurization wastewater. The freezing temperature, time and the way of completely frozen and then partially melted have been investigated on the influence of concentration effect. It was found that the desulfurization wastewater freezed in -13 -16℃ for 4 hours, the volume of concentrated liquid we got accounted for about 1/3, the amount of salt was about 500g/L, and concentration of about 2 times, which was the ideal effect of freeze concentration. To prolong the freezing time could make the desulfurization wastewater completely frozen. Ice partially melted mode could obtain the concentrated liquid of high concentration and dilution liquid of low concentration,and it could easily control the volum of concentrated and dilution liquid. Above 60% energy has been reduced by steaming the concentrated liquid which obtained by freezing concentration treatment on desulfurization wastewater.
