摘要
"仁爱"思想起源于先秦儒家学说,是古今教师最重要的品质之一。随着时代的发展,教师仁爱之心的内涵与意义与时俱进。最初,教师的仁爱更多地体现为教师对学生平等的、无私的爱;近代社会,受西方思想的影响,仁爱思想更多地与自由、平等、博爱联系在一起;至今日,仁爱之心已成为新时代好教师的标准之一,内涵进一步丰富,在教育实践中发挥出独特效应。
Love is the core of teachers' virtue. In China,the thought of benevolence is originated in Pre- Qin Confucianism.Its connotation remains in a process of dynamic evolvement with the efforts of Confucian scholars in the Han,Tang,Song and Ming Dynasties. Nowadays,the theory of benevolence has become an important part of teachers' vocational morality. Many of its new characters make it play a particular effect on the practical process of education.
