摘要
目的:观察中药联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂的效果和安全性。方法:160例随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组80例用宫颈微波治疗,实验组80例在与对照组治疗相同的基础上给予中药治疗。结果:总有效率观察组97.5%,对照组88.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.48,P<0.05)。阴道排液时间观察组(7.15±1.73)d、对照组(11.26±3.48)d,阴道出血时间观察组(6.85±1.93)d、对照组(12.46±1.48)d,脱痂时间观察组(7.92±1.18)d、对照组(13.08±2.14)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用微波手术结合中药治疗宫颈糜烂疗效显著,可有效缩短阴道排液、阴道出血的时间,促进宫颈创面愈合,缩短脱痂时间,明显改善患者生活质量。
Objective： To analyze and explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese traditional medicine combined with microwave on cervical erosion.Methods： January 2013 - July 2014, in our hospital for treatment of 160 cases of cervical erosion patients were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group, 80 cases in each group, the observation group were treated with a combination of Chinese traditional medicine and microwave, the controlled group only received microwave.Treatment effects were observed and a course of improvement of symptoms.The vaginal drainage time, bleeding time and cervical wound healing time in both groups were observed. R esuhs： The total effective rate of observation group was 97.5%, compared with 82% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ X 2=4-48, P〈0.05 ） .The average vaginal bleeding time were （ 7.15 ~ 1.73 ） d in observation group and （ 11.26 ~ 3.48 ） d in control group, the mean bleeding time was （ 6.85 _＋ 1.93 ） d in observation group and （ 12.46 _＋ 1.48 ） d in control group, the cervical wound healing time was （ 7.92 ~ 1.18 ） d in observation group and （ 13.08 ~ 2.14 ） d in control group, the differences above between the two groups were all statistieallysignificant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Chinese traditional medicine combined with microwave has a good clinical curative effect on cervical erosion, which can effectively shorten the vaginal drainage time, bleeding time and the cervical wound healing time, and significantly improve the quality of life after surgery.
