摘要
目的:观察发泡膏治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法:将62例桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例。分别给予发泡膏和扶他林乳胶剂治疗,疗程为2周。结果:经治疗后,治疗组的总有效率、临床症状评分明显优于对照,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:发泡膏治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效显著,是一种简单、有效的中医外治法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinicaleffect of fapao ointment in curing stenosing tendovaginitis of radial styloid. Methods In 62 cases,the stenosing tendovaginitis of radial styloid patients are randomly divided into treatment group and control group,respectively given fapao ointment and Votalin emulsion for twoweek. To observe the clinical effects of patients respectively pre and post treatment. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group,the clinical symptom scores was better than control,statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion fapao ointment is effective for treatment of stenosing tendovaginitis of radial styloid,worthy of clinincal application
