摘要
为了实现伺服压力机低速锻冲和快速空程及回程功能,同时使其满足柔性加工要求,在详细分析伺服压力机需要解决的核心问题的基础上,提出曲柄肘杆伺服压力机驱动系统的设计方案,给出了系统曲柄肘杆机构优化设计结果和驱动电机参数,同时确定了系统控制策略。然后对驱动系统的工作特性进行了详细研究,分析校核了系统的力矩和功率特性。结果表明所设计的曲柄肘杆伺服压力机驱动系统能够对不同加工工艺进行很好地控制,满足伺服压力机的工作要求。
In order to realize the function of low speed forging and fast idle & return in servo press, as well as make the press meet the flexible processing requirements, by analysis of core problems to be solved in servo press, the design scheme of drive system for crank toggle servo press has been put forward in the text. The crank toggle mechanism optimization results and the drive motor parameters have been given. Meanwhile the system control strategy has been determined. Then the working characteristics of the driven system has been studied in detail. The torque and power characteristics of the system have been checked and analyzed. The results show that the designed drive system of crank toggle servo press can control different process well and meet work requirements.
