摘要
基于全国东部、中部、西部和东北地区10个城市的在职青年样本,围绕就业质量的6大维度:就业环境、就业能力、劳动收入、就业状况、社会保护、劳资关系等,分析了都市青年就业质量的现状及问题。发现年轻人的就业稳定性普遍较好,就业安全普遍加强;但是,区域间就业环境差异较为明显,社会不公依然存在;年轻人的就业"优势感""获得感"不强,工作与生活的平衡度亟需调整,自我价值实现和发展超越的需求尚未得到足够的重视,就业能力、劳动收入、与雇主等的对话能力有待提高。青年的就业诉求已有从"找份工作"向"体面劳动"的转变,这将倒逼城市不仅要专注于实现充分就业,还要转变传统的"低劳动力成本发展战略",致力于提高青年的就业质量。
This paper analyzes urban youth' s employment quality and problems from six dimensions, based on the study of young full - time workers from 10 cities across China. We find that the employment stability and employment security guaranteed and improved among the youth, while social inequality still exists. Employment environment varies sharply among different regions. The youth do not enjoy many priveledges and rarely feel fulfilled, and their income is not high enough. They need to promote their com- petence and communication skills, get a good balance between life and work. The self- value pursuits and the desire for development do not get enough attention. Youth' s appeal has changed fro for a job" to "decent work", which urges a turn from traditional low - cost labor force strategy provement of youth' s employment quality.
