摘要
线圈的绕线及其质量评估过程主要是由人工来完成的,其生产效率低等缺陷严重制约了线圈生产行业的发展。文章阐述了一套包括图像采集、图像处理以及图像特征信息提取的结构光绕线质量检测系统。以光学三角法测量原理为理论依据,建立了检测系统的测量模型,并在此基础上完成了图像信息的采集和图像处理,实现了线圈特征信息的提取与计算。
Coil winding and quality assessment process is mainly done by hand. Its production efficiency and low defect has seriously hampered the development of coil production industry. This paper describes a set of structured light winding quality inspection system including image acquisition, image processing and image feature information extraction. Taking optical triangulation measurement principle as theoretical basis, a measurement model detection system is established, and on this basis, the acquisition and image processing image information is completed to achieve the extraction of the coil feature information.
