摘要
目前机床夹具存在大量的重复设计,使得效率低下。现有的通用CAD设计软件功能有限,对设计人员的辅助设计作用有限,导致设计的自动化水平不高。文章通过对Solid Works软件和Visual Basic进行二次开发,设计出通用的机床夹具库,实现机床夹具零部件的标准化,方便后续设计直接调用,可大大减少重复劳动,提高设计效率和质量,缩短产品的设计开发周期,提高了产品的竞争力。
At present, lots of machine tool fixture design are repeated, the efficiency is low. The general CAD software functions of the existing limited, aided design to the designers to design. In this paper, by using Solid Works software and Visual Basic, design of machine tool fixture library general, to achieve standardization of machine tool fixture parts, convenient for subsequent design called directly, can improve the design efficiency and quality, shorten product design and development cycle, and improve product competitiveness.
