摘要
分析了某履带车辆综合传动液压转向调速系统的典型易发故障,基于Matlab/Simulink对转向泵和转向马达故障表现进行了仿真。结果表明:当转向泵流量不够时,车辆将会出现转向速度减慢及小半径转向不足的现象;当转向马达油液发生变质致使油液粘度降低时,车辆转向角速度及相对转向半径将变大,并且进入稳定期所需的时间将延长。该研究可为装备的故障诊断提供参考。
This paper analyzed the representative stoppages of hydrostatic volumetric speed regulation system of one tracked vehicle and the fault phenomenon of steering pump and motor was simulated based on Matlab /Simulink software. The result indicated that the vehicle steering speed would be slowed down and even lead to understeer of minor radius steering when the steering pump was lack of flow. And the steering angular speed and the relative steering radius can increase when the viscosity of oil in steering motor dropped as the result of motor oil's deterioration,which also led to the lengthening of instability steering time. The research result can support the fault diagnosis of tracked vehicles.
