中国公民赴越南旅游消费行为调查研究

摘要 中国已成为越南入境旅游的最大客源国。在回顾中国公民赴越南旅游发展历程的基础上,利用SPSS工具分析了中国公民出境越南旅游的结构性特征、出游决策因素、消费行为特征和旅游评价等。调查结果显示:赴越南旅游的中国公民集中在临近省份和经济发达地区,以中青年为主,具有较高学历,出游动机趋于多元化,其中商贸旅游和边境游占了一定比例;在消费特征上,以一日游和4-7日游为主,人均天消费200-300元人民币较普遍,对具有地域特色的资源、餐饮和购物有浓厚兴趣;出游范围集中在北部,比较青睐的旅游目的地有河内、下龙湾、胡志明市和岘港等。 China is the most important country for Vietnam in the inbound tourism. Reviewing the developments of Chinese tourists to Vietnam, this paper analyzes Chinese tourists to Vietnam from these aspects of structure characteristics, travel influencing factors, tourism consumption behaviors and tourism evaluation. According to the results of the survey, Chinese tourists to Vietnam generally have a higher degree andmainly come fromareas near Vietnam or with developed economy; their travel motivationsare diversefeatu.ring business travel and border tourism. Meanwhile their travel time is either one day or 4-7 days, and personal travel consumption falls between 200-300 RMB per day per person. On the other hand, they tend to be particularly interested in local specialties, foods and doing shopping and they travel more in the north, including Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, etc.
