摘要
网络多元文化带来多种价值标准和行为准则,对健康的高校校园主流文化和原有的高校学生管理工作带来极大挑战。高校应当创新学生管理工作,加强管理队伍的职业化、专业化、专家化建设,强化和落实以学生为本的管理理念,以课程化提升高校学生管理工作实效性,处理好加强个性培养和坚守底线的关系,强化管理的育人成效。
Network multicultttral brings a variety of values and codes of conduct as well as brings great challenges to the healthy mainstream culture of campus and the original student management of colleges and universities. Thus, colleges and universities should adapt to the trend of innovating college students＇ management work. Strengthening the management team＇s professionalism, professional, expert construction, strengthening and implementing student-oriented management philosophy and of course enhancing the substantial results of university students＇ management work, dealing well with the strengthening of the relationship between personality and stick to the bottom line, strengthen the educational effectiveness of management.
