10种常用中药提取物和10种单体对3种细胞增殖检测方法影响

摘要 目的:评估MTT法、SRB法和FDA法对中药的兼容性,确定适用于中药药效研究的细胞增殖检测方法。方法:采用无细胞体系和细胞体系两种实验体系,分别检测10种常用中药提取物和10种单体对MTT法、SRB法和FDA法检测结果的影响。结果:在无细胞体系中,中药提取物和单体均不与SRB直接作用。3种中药单体影响MTT法检测结果;6种中药单体影响FDA的检测。10种中药提取物中,8种影响MTT检测结果;4种影响FDA的检测。细胞体系中,影响MTT法、SRB法和FDA法检测结果的单体数量分别为4种、4种和7种。结论:SRB法最适于中药对细胞增殖影响的实验研究。 Objective:To study the compatibility of three methods of cell proliferation in Chinese herbs study. Method:Test 10 Chinese herbs extracts and 10 monomeric compounds in no-cell system and cell system with MTT method,SRB method and FDA method. Results:In no-cell system,Chinese herb extracts and monomeric compounds has no effect in SRB method;3 monomeric compounds and 8 Chinese herb extracts have effect in MTT method. And 6 monomeric compounds and 4 Chinese herb extracts have effect in FDA method. Conclusion:SRB method is the best cell proliferation method in Chinese herbs study.
