输变电项目对堤防工程渗流稳定安全的影响评价

摘要 根据《中华人民共和国防洪法》规定:建设跨河工程设施,应当符合防洪标准、岸线规划、航运要求和其他技术要求,不得危害堤防安全,影响河势稳定、妨碍行洪畅通。本文着重研究某输电线路跨越河流时对堤防工程渗流稳定安全的影响。通过剖析影响因素及量化影响因子建立模型进行堤防渗流稳定计算,并基于计算结果提出建议。 Aceording to Flood Control of The People wharves, roads, ferries, pipelines, cables and engineering cut across rivers,through rivers or embankments,or to 's Republic of China,The construction of bridges, structures for tapping or draining water which need to stand on rivers should conform to flood control start- dards,shore line planning,navigation requirements and other technical requirements,and shall not endanger the safety of embankments, affect the stability of river conditions or impede the smooth passage of floodwater. This paper analyses the effect to seepage stability of levee project.Through analyzing the influence factors and the quantification factor,a model is established to calculate seepage stability,and suggestion is put forward based on the calculation results.
