摘要
高师院校学前教育专业的人才培养要突出实践能力的训练,因此,应建立U-K(高师院校与幼儿园)共生性合作培养幼儿教师的新模式。该模式以辩证唯物主义认识论为理论基础,以高师院校和幼儿园的发展、融合、共生为价值追求,以高师院校和幼儿园携手,互通有无、相互依存为形成机制,在保证高师学前教育专业学生实践训练的同时,探寻更多促进高师学前教育专业和幼儿园共同发展和提高的实践策略。
Personnel training of preschool education at normal colleges and universities must highlight the practical ability. Therefore, a new model of integration of U-K (normal university and kindergarten) in preschool teacher training should be established. This model takes the epistemology of dialectical materialism as the theoretical basis, takes the development, fusion, and symbiotic of normal uni- versity and kindergarten as the pursuit of value, and takes cooperation with each other and mutual interdependence as the formation mechanism. Students' practical training must be ensured while exploring more practical methods on promoting common development between the preschool education major of normal university and the kindergarten.
